Ziman Dorfman appointed as Service and Usability Customer Satisfaction Manager


We are excited to welcome Mr. Ziman Dorfman to our team here at Medoc.

Ziman will be taking over the responsibility of technical service and support.


Ziman holds degrees in Electronic Engineering and Information Technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in the medical device industry, starting in Elscint in 1984 and continuing to General Electric (GE) Healthcare. During his career he served in several capacities: new product launches, installation, instruction, and service as part of engineering and customer support teams.


Ziman will be working closely with the development and production teams at Medoc, to ensure a successful onboarding that will allow him to provide the best solutions and support for you and for our customers.


We are confident that Ziman’s extensive customer support experience in large global organizations, combined with his technical background in medical devices will contribute significantly to Medoc and our service to our distributors and customers.
