Customer Service Specialist

For the past 30 years, Medoc has been developing medical systems for control and tracking of chronic and acute pain. Our systems are used for research and clinical applications around the world.


We seek a customer service specialist that will be in charge of our service team and the overall customer experience.


The successful candidate will handle the following functions:

  • Manage our service calls,

  • Provide functional and technical support in the use of our products for our distributors and our customers in Israel and abroad,

  • Provide professional and effective response to hardware/software issues,

  • Conduct training on the use of our products,

  • Handle the technical and logistical aspects of shipping and receiving of systems,

  • Have overall responsibility and oversight of upgrades and repairs done at Medoc,

  • Own overall customer satisfaction of our products and services



  • Excellent technical capabilities, working with multidisciplinary systems

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English

  • Excellence in analyzing and solving problems

  • Proactive approach

  • Strong team work with different teams and disciplines

  • Experience supporting and working with customers

  • Flexibility with work hours

  • Work experience with Priority ERP is a plus

  • Experience with a similar role in a medical systems company is a plus
