In 2007, Medoc had decided to expend its activities by exclusively representing international companies and their products in the Israeli market. In 2007, Medoc had signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Boston Scientific from the U.S. for the distribution of the "Precision Plus" used for Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) procedure for chronic pain sufferers.   During 2007, Medoc had also signed an agreement with NeuroTherm Company from the UK for distributing their Radio Frequency (RF) system named "NT1000" together with matching disposables (needles and electrodes).  In Early 2008, Medoc had signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Epimed Company (USA), a manufacturer and a worldwide leader in high-quality needles for nerve blocks and epidural injections. In 2009, Medoc IL signed an agreement with HydroCision Company (USA) for spine surgery to simultaneously cut, ablate and remove hard & soft tissues quickly, safely and effectively.   In 2010, Medoc IL signed an agreement with EndoGastricSolutions (U.S.A) for their procedures and products for treating gastrointestinal diseases.   That year Medoc IL also signed agreements OxySure Company (U.S.A) for their unique platform technology, which creates medically pure oxygen from two dry, inert proprietary powders. These exclusive representations put Medoc in a position to offer various types of pain diagnosis and treatment solutions in the Israeli market. All companies are known as market leaders and provide significant added value to HMO’s and patients for effectively treating pain in different levels. The goal of the commercial division at Medoc is to manage sales and to provide state of the art service to doctors and patients. It is Medoc intention to expand these commercial activities over the next years to other medical fields as well.
